Declaration on the processing of personal data

Personal data stored in back-up storage facilities serve to prevent security incidents, in particular data breaches due to a security incident. The company is obliged to provide data backup in accordance with the security requirements of the Regulation and the Personal Data Protection Act.
When processing personal data by the controller, you are the person concerned, i. J. The person about whom the personal data concerning him are processed.
In accordance with the Regulation and the Personal Data Protection Act, the company, as the operator, processes your personal data to the extent and under the conditions set out in special regulations. We process your personal data on the basis of legal conditions specified in Art. 6 Regulations.
What personal data do we process about you?
When you use our services, we collect various types of data, such as your username and password, your contacts and other settings. We monitor what products you browse on our website and from which device, what interested you from our e-mail offers, and we derive additional information about you from it, so that we can show you tailor-made offers and further improve our website in the future. If you make a purchase with us or create an account, we also work with the name and surname, your orders and the data you set up in your account.
We process the following personal data:

Information about your behavior when reading the messages we send you, especially the opening times of messages and also information about the device on which you read messages, such as IP address and derived location, device identification, its technical parameters as operating system and its version, resolution Screens, browser used and its version;

Your personal data will be processed for the duration of the contractual relationship and 10 years after its termination, in accordance with the requirements of special regulations governing tax obligations. Personal data processed for marketing purposes will be stored for a maximum of 1 month after the end of the purpose of processing. We also process your personal data for the purpose of fulfilling the company’s obligations pursuant to special regulations, in particular pursuant to Act no. 395/2002 Coll. On archives and registries and on the amendment of certain laws.
Who processes your personal data and to whom do we transfer it?
In most cases, we process your data for our own purposes as an administrator. In this case, we pass on your data to our partners to ensure payment, shipping and other details of your order. We also pass the data on to our processors, who process it according to our instructions. With your consent, we may also pass on data to ad and social networks for customized ads on other sites.
All the mentioned personal data are processed by us as the operator. This means that we determine the purposes for which we collect your personal data as defined above, determine the means of processing and are responsible for their proper execution.
Your personal data is processed through an intermediary to whom your personal data is provided for a specific purpose (eg bookkeeping). The Company declares that it has duly concluded contracts with its intermediaries, which ensure an adequate level of personal data protection, in accordance with the applicable legal regulations relating to the protection of personal data.
We may also pass on your personal data to other entities that are in the role of operator, namely:
Partners operating payment systems for the needs of securing payments, especially in connection with card payments (PayPal, Tatra Banka)
Transport partners, especially companies, Slovenská pošta, a.s., UPS, if they deliver your order to you;

Right of access
You have the right to provide a copy of the personal information we hold about you, as well as information about how we use your personal information.
In most cases, your personal data will be provided to you in writing, unless you require another method of providing it. If you have requested this information by electronic means, it will be provided to you electronically, if technically possible.
Right of correction
We take reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the information we have about you. If you believe that the information we hold is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, please do not hesitate to ask us to modify, update or supplement this information.
Right of deletion
You have the right to ask us to delete your personal data, for example if the personal data we have obtained about you is no longer needed to fulfill the original purpose of the processing. However, your right must be assessed in the light of all the relevant circumstances. For example, we may have certain legal and regulatory obligations, which means that we will not be able to comply with your request.
Right to restrict processing
In certain circumstances, you may ask us to stop using your personal information. For example, when you think the personal information we hold about you may be inaccurate or when you think we no longer need to use your personal information.
Right to data portability
In certain circumstances, you have the right to request that we transfer the personal information you provide to us to another third party of your choice.
